I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Two things guys... PLEASE* keep clicking banners. We are down to like 2 clicks a day with 7000 page views... and as you saw we ran out of bandwidth last month. It costs you nothing and helps us more than you can imagine.

Topic #2... trying to gauge interest in this. We're thinking of joining the tirerack affiliates program. Basically, if you're gonna order from tirerack, you'd just click through to them from us, and we'd get a cut of the sale. You don't pay anything more for the stuff you buy, we just get a cut. Let me know what you guys think. If a lot of you would normally order off there anyways, maybe we'll do it. That way everyone wins.

Would we still get the affiliation money if I link our url with the tirerack link to somewhere else and then a non-thejdmdotcom member orders? Basically, as long as they get to tirerack through our site we get the cheese, yes?

I could put our link up on my yahoogroup miata club, we're all autocrossers and almost all of us order through tirerack already.

I think the tirerack affiliation is a great idea. I don't order from tire rack personally, but I know a lot of members here that do.

help keep this site up and running. w/o the donations it will fall under. it starts to get a bit much paying for a domain and bandwidth.
