I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Flock,
I have just completed my final re-write of All Saints Day. The draft is tight and I have deep faith in the material. So, on the creative front all's fucking well, people.
Many of you already know this so I'll just reiterate. Willem is not returning for the sequel. But keep cool cuz everyone else is coming back (including Rocco).
I have spoken with them all personally. There are also three new major characters that are going to knock your socks off. My goal here is not only to provide you with all the stuff we dig from the first film but to "push the envelope" and give a story that could never have been predicted. After a thousand pots of coffee and a few crates of cigarettes, I got this covered.
Over the last few years we have been close to financing the sequel with several different companies. Each time certain aspects of the deal(s) were inadequate and me and my producers made the painful desicion to walk away. We
feel that it is time for Boondock Saints to "step from the shadows" as it were. For instance, many were disappointed that BDSI was never in theaters. We sought to remedy this situation on the sequel. A tough thing to do. Believe me giving the sequel to a straight to video movie a theatrical release is a difficult sell. The first film would have had to do unprecidented business in order to warrant such a thing.
Also, the story for All Saints Day is very ambitious. I've upped the ante. So, another hurdle to leap over was that I needed even more of a budget than the first film, nearly double, in fact. Again, in the world of "independent" sequels, the first film would have had to do unprecidented business to warrant such a thing.
That being said, we are finalizing an agreement with two very powerful companies that are co-financing the sequel. The budget will be nearly twice that of the first film AND it will be experiencing a theatrical release in North America.
In closing, I believe we were correct to wait for the right deal in order to do the film right. But there is only one reason it is now staring us in the face. You all showed up. In fact, you showed up over and over again. So all the naysayers can kiss my ass and, "not the right side, not on the left side...but right in the middle." You can all expect more posts from me and updates in the very near future. Veritas, Aequitas, T.Duff

Agus beimid inár n-aoirí
ar do shonsa, a Thiarna, ar do shonsa,
tá cumhacht tagtha anuas ó do lámh
ionas go gcomhlíonadh ár gcosa do thoil go tapaidh.
Sruthóimid ar aghaidh mar abhainn chugat
Agus plódaithe le hanamacha a bheidh sí go deo.
and james no joking about the saints! i live my life by that movie
