yargh I love/hate my last name, its 13 letters long

This picture is taken with my freinds camera... it was on a incredibly slow shutter speed, slower than I have ever used, and it was nearly over exposed, it only looks so good cause I reworked the shot for a hour or two...

The slower the shutter speed the longer it takes to take the picture. So if you have it on a stand aiming in one direction and dont move the camera then everything moving is a blur and since the taillights or head lights are brighter than the rest of the background they streak since the cars are moving at speeds of like 60 70mph. Get it, got it, good.
