What size turbo is that in those pics? Looks like GT40?
I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

the turbo is a garret gt40 with a custom made t4 hot side, the turbo, in theory, should have a boost threshhold of around 41rpms, as far as comparing ar/ and design of similiar hotsides, the bearings are ceramic however which will cause a little disruption with that, that and I haven't compared wheels weight to get a better idea of its threshold. Either way, it should support in the area of 700whp, however I'm selling it the second I reassemble it and get it tuned.
I have been so screwed with that car at every stage the car has more bad memories than good at this point, 1 year down for body that I ended up getting 1000 ripped off, and the car almost destroyed, 1.5 years down for performance work, still uncompleted with the chasis at my house at different parts all over that state of wisconsin. That and dsms are becoming either complete crap or absolutely everywhere, in the case of wisconsin, a little bit of both. Don't get me wrong, I love the body design of these cars and the platform they represent, but spending 2.5 years to build something that is becoming the norm around here irrates me alot. That and I really want to do something different where the bickering between import/domestic euro/jap doesnt exist, its going to take a while to find it but thats what I plan on doing, I've been researching the car I build next for a very long time and plan on continuing that until I have something I truely believe in. Thanks for opinions on the my talon, I really do appreciate it since its taken me so long to finish, but I think I built that car for all the wrong reasons.
