Image mine reads, hachinohe 300, Yankee 22-11

generally:

yellow plate, 40 or 50, 660cc (small midget cars)

100 or 11, means for cargo
300 or 33, means large size car
500 or 55, means regular size
hipertekspeed.com... its better than crack.
