car is a 92 dx hatch. Motor is from a 95 cx.
passenger axle went in fine, smooth like butta.
drivers axle goes in motor side just fine, but wont fit through the hub/spindle side.
it seems like its too large, gets about 1/10th of the way in, and just flat out stops.
tried a ton of wd40, motor oil, penetrating oil.. you name it to lube it up, but that little bitch wont go in.
all the ''threads'' look fine, nothing is chewed up on either the hub/spindle or the end of the axle....
help ???
I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain
why wont my axle go in :( ???

[/center:b7664ec607]clean out the spines really well, and just force the fucker in there - they're a pain in the ass sometimes ... especially on an older car..... but it'll go. a deadblow hammer and some sheer force will do the trick ..... and sweet talking your tranny and caressing it in the right spots doesn't hurt either. Good luck!
