ACL or OEM will both be the same, I've seen several big write-ups comparing the two. I presonally use OEM in my motor.

What are you going to do about the crank, having spun a bearing. I personally would run a new one and pay for the line-hone. But you should be able to get away with the old one if you get it turned.

I have seen a few motors after spinning a bearing and being rebuilt spin the same bearing on the re-worked journal

I had a guy at a junkyard tell me a CRX Si transaxle wouldn't fit in place of my 91 Civic's 4spd manual trans. Turns out he was wrong...
