So will the new RX-7 not be 40HP overrated (and still well south of 200crank hp) and not burn oil like there's no tommorrow and get 6mpg like the RX-8?

Sorry mazda fanboi's, the T-II kicked ass, the RX8 was/is a damn joke and a shame to the RX name. That supra looks sexy but I give it about a 2 out of 10 chance of happening, and about a 1 out of 10 chance of making it to the states. The reason the original supra never sold was because it was too expensive for what you got out of the box. People seem to forget a supra in 2005 would be about 80k$ if it were equivalent.
