I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I don't even have to take the time to bring it to emissions. It rocks.

yea that sucks. wisconsin rules because not only can you find a loop hole in emmisions laws to make your car "exempt" forever, there is no inspections, so you can drive the biggest pile of crap on the road and not have a care in the world (ahem, me)

Inspection itself isn't bad. It's emissions, but in our county it's just a gas cap test...which is stupid. Also have to have all other emissions items too to pass the visual. ie...cat, egr, etc.

couple of counties around us have plug in for obd2 cars...if that comes to the county that I live in... obd1 motor + obd1 ecu + obd2 chassis = FAIL.

Word, power to WI loopholes. No emissions, No inpsections, and I pay $9 every 12 months to renew my plates, how you ask? I just tell them I lost my plates just before they expire, they give me new plates and new stickers, and I am free to go :D, then I tell them I store my car, somewhere I really don't, drive it around far from where I say I store it, and never get questioned about it. Weeeeee.
