Flood Control

We should consider taking flood control off of posting. Especially with the editing. You should be able to edit your post right away, not have to wait like making another post.

i was personally responsible for a site changing their flood control to off, to a 10 second limit, to a 60 second limit and back to a 10 second limit MAUAHAHAAHHA, my ppd average on that site hovered between 200ppd-350ppd mauahah, whores you a not
