need help with posting

i'm a retard when it comes to computers esp when it comes to posting pics and vids. I've got a short video with sound of my car doing 110mph and I'd like to share it. I heard I need a host site to be able to post it. it's in my email. if somebody could tell me how to do this in retard speak I'd really appreciate it.

find a media hosting site, up load it, copy and paste the link into your thread and create. if that helps at all if not sorry

Step by Step:

1. Download the video to your computer from your email.

2. go to http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com or streetfire.net

3. upload your video there from your computer.

4. copy and paste the link to the video.

5. Enjoy the smiles that you put on the faces of many young boys and girls.

Correct, for a video, do a link, just copy and paste, for an image use this code:

the video I posted is now in the multimedia section. I've been told just recently that the video takes a while to load. I haven't tried to download it myself cause I have the video in my email.
