those things looked like someone filled ur headlights full of piss i saw them like 2 minutes b4 he got pulled over F'ing rad.

In Portugal we don't have any problem w/ those lights (Blue/Super White, Yellow). The only thing is they only allow them to be either White or that Blueish (they don't notice) or yellow. Anything else is illegal.

For the exhaust...they don't pull u over for that... here cop's eat donuts all the time

the only thing they can give u a ticket for is the CO2 level (Sometimes they check...SOMETIMES

i've been driving around ricer style with hyper-whites for a while now...havent gotten pulled over. i think i'll be slick with the yellow

btw---i have to use my high beams ALL the time, otherwise i cant see. damn you stock headlight housings and slammed car...damn you to hell

. noone has flashed their lights at me to turn them off...and i've seen them from another car and they look like low beams. i hate my headlights more than anything
