no your not, you need a harness bar to properly secure the takatas. So, you'll need that too

yes you can mount them to the floor. but when they drape over the seats like that its dangerous.! they need to be secure in a position higher then your shoulders and then mounted to the floor...

Just use the face plate and amber bulbs from the jdm one, the JDM one is electric and the US one works of a cable ( no plug )
