I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

gsx-lifted with 33'' mudders?

Post by ban » October 29, 2003

whut do u guys think about takin an awd 2.0 turbo elcipse and turning it into a mudder. i'm thinkin bout lifting on and throwin mudders on it and a bigger turbo. maybe change the gears around in the transfer case for a lil more torque if there changeable. big exhaust, brushgaurds, and a tow hitch. oh and don't forget the ever so lovely winch...(o;'

so lemme get this strait. you want to change the gears in the transfer case? to add more tourque? then you want to add bigger tires which will add more torque, and lift it up. then finally you want to put a bigger turbo on it. now correct me if i'm wrong but does not a turbo increas the vehicles top end? so why would you want to add a trubo when you are looking for more torque? why dont you just...... ya know what i'm not makin any suggestions for this assanine quest for stupidity. ROFLMAO!

:? I'm still lost. Why lift a turbo AWD DSM?

If you wanted to lift a car the easiest way to do it would be to get a 4x4 frame and fit up a car body. Just like that guy with the green Cadillac. That's a truck frame.
