its the rally set up. most rally cars use a four lug pattern. toyota did it with the celicas and subaru does it with the sti's. not sure what other companies do it also

honda does it - type r's have 5 lug, and my car has 4 lug...its a performance thing obviously

i've liked the new frontend since subaru first released pictures to the public. it looks especially good with a lowered stance. but i have to say that i wouldn't sell my 02 wrx for an 06 at the moment(well okay for an sti i might). i like having two cars and no car payment though
