Milwaukee sells their old-ass parking debts to collection agencies. Said agencies don't try very hard. In fact, they never actually contact me, but instead call my parents once (I wasn't living there) and then gave up. Fucking slackers!

they said it arrived in a town near me.. so i called to see if i have to pick this shit up or something... and they transfered me.. and then the person said i was transfered to the wrong department. then they said its not gonna get here till the 19th! WHAT THE FUCK IT WAS 48HR SHIPMENT! THEY SENT IT ON THE 13TH THE SHIT SHOULD BE AT MY FUCKING HOUSE RIGHT NOW!
