I did this with a power drill to add mileage to a cluster I had so it would be right. It was a pain in the ass and took hours.vtecdood wrote:yes this is exacty what to do if you take a power screw driver and put it on reverse put the chuck on the gear on the back of the numbers it goes alot faster not that i have first hand experience.boostjunkie95 wrote:If you take the cluster out of your dash and take it apart you can turn the miles back. It only takes a few seconds to take it apart but you can only go 1 mile at a time so its going to take an assload of time to knock off alot.
I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Why not just keep the car? There's nothing wrong with it is there? You just got it about 2 or 3 years ago.
Idea #2. How much do you want for it? PM me.
turns out i'm keeping the car. every truck i looked at was too expensive. plus i just found out our neighbor is giving us a small trailer that i can pull with the civic. the only reason i wanted rid of it was so i could haul my bike around. but munster is right i only have $2,300 left on the damn thing so i might as well keep it and get rid of it when i get out of school and get something sweeter. i never really planned on doing anything major to the car anyway. its not worth it to me.
these are pretty much the right answers.vtecdood wrote:yes this is exacty what to do if you take a power screw driver and put it on reverse put the chuck on the gear on the back of the numbers it goes alot faster not that i have first hand experience.boostjunkie95 wrote:If you take the cluster out of your dash and take it apart you can turn the miles back. just remember that this is highly illegal, i would suggest you just the buyer the deal with the clusters.
