SO here's an update.
Went down to the shop yesterday after work just to help bolt a few things up and finish it up and try to start it.
Double checked everything, started up first try and purred like a kitten.
There was a good bit of oil in and on both the downpipe and manifold, so it smoked a bit from the bay, so I shut it down after a minute of idling just to make sure there were no leaks and such.
It was good to hear it again ... it's been roughly 6 months since the last time i even got to hear this thing idle ... so that was a big relief that it started with no problems.
The weather locally sucks, so it hasn't hit the streets yet, but as soon as we get a nice, dry day we're gonna use Duanne's map as a base and do a real conservative street tune... then i'm gonna drive it straight to my storage shed and let it sit til the weather gets a bit nicer.
Here's a few quick pics I snagged while i was there... don't mind the wheels, the overall dirtiness of the car or the red engine bay. The bay's getting sprayed, I have wheels and i just really don't feel like washing or cleaning my car at the moment.
Munster - I didn't do all the lines, not just yet. I just did some -10 and -6 steel braided, along with the edelbrock rail, Aeromotive FPR and Aeromotive inline filter... If I go bigger down the road, I'll do the rest.
