I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Pics of the updates to my civic coupe

Post by vtecdood » October 07, 2007

My car has been back together for about 2 months and I am now jsut getting pics up sorry I am a slacker I have been working on my house non stop and it took all the will power I had to get my car back together. Back in february a friend of mine bought my old manifold and downpipe so that forced me to go to equal length. So my updates are:

1. .82 exhaust housing v-band
2. bored throttle body
3. 01-type r cams
3. AN lines for coolant and oil drain
4. fuel pressure gauge
5. jdm thin moldings
6. invidia lip
7. v-band exhaust the whole way back (nice and easy to get apart now)
8. RLD manifold

The car made 513hp & 425ft/lb torque the difference now is that I make 513 @ 6000 rpm and carries it to 9800 instead of making 505 @ 9800. The car rips it is faster than it ever was when i was at keystone for the first time in 13 months i went 11.99 131.58 wich I am happy with for the first time out in a while. I just got my slicks (13" lenso's with mickey thompson slicks) hopefully i get back up to the track and get a time on them before the weather breaks. Also I finally got my Volks they took forever to get in, I have had them for a while just haven't showed them off yet they are titanium 15X7 with falken azenis.

Big thanks to the hybrid crew (Eric, Jay, & Denis)

My favorite fifth gen of all time. I can't wait to join the 500+whp western PA Honda club. Hopefully I can get the times too.
