I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

we just took my friends axle nut off his dodge 1500 pickup. He had a 10 ft breaker bar on it and it wouldnt budge. Just heat it with a torch, we used a propane torch and that worked. Just heat it up a bit and it should come off.

gotta pull the lower ball joint out from the LCA first...this can be a bitch as well. once you do get it off, tho, you can push the axle out easily.

i'd like to give away my trick but i'm to stupid to explain it....sounds like u had no problem with it though... lie phan says all u need to do is tap the center of the axle shaft and it should slide out of the splines. if its rusted and doesn't wanna slide out squirt it with pb.. and get a bigger hammer...good luck
