I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Do a tune up plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel filter wont hurt. Definitely not vacuum trust me you would have horrible idle probs if it was.

basic tune would help- however, is this a swap vehicle?

if so,
I would check for cel codes
distributor wires (1 missing thread for crank sensor can cause this, it happended to me)
reset ecu
test fuel pressure, inline and out of the fuel filter.
and yes, definitely, I would do a fuel filter change.

good luck bro.

It's taken care of...a long time ago. I don't know which it was, but a simple tune up took care of it.

you should just slap some roller rockers in there and it'd gain at least 50whp.
